Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
This recipe is just what I needed. My husband LOVES oatmeal raisins cookies. I added walnuts to mine and used self rising flour. I omitted the baking soda and salt. only 1/2 tsp cinn. HMMMMHMMMM GOOOOD. He loved them.

Microwave Peanut Brittle
THIS IS SO SIMPLE AND MMMMM GOOD. i WOULD CHECK THE WATTS ON YOUR MICROWAVE AND ADJUST TIME FOR HIGHER WATTS. TRY IT WITH PECANS.
