Crawfish and Corn Soup
I'm a native Louisianian and this soup is as good, if not better than any I've eaten in any restaurant. This is a genuine taste of Louisiana. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Waffles I
Absolutely love these waffles.They were so crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. I realize now that the other recipe I was using had no flavor. I buy bread flour so that was what I used instead of plain all purpose, other than that I didn't change the recipe in any way. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Yellow Squash Casserole
Where has this recipe been all my life!? It's absolutely wonderful!! I did as someone suggested and cooked my squash and onion in a little olive oil instead of water and I added half a toe of fresh garlic. Other than that I followed the recipe to the letter. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
