Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This recipe really is quick and easy. I made this for a sick friend who gave it 5 stars. I reduced the amount of chicken broth by 8 oz. and added a little cayenne pepper for a bit of kick. Thanks again for the easy recipe. No more canned soup!

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms
Sometimes simplicity is key. This was great. I used smaller home-grown tomatoes, but it's a great way to use up veggies.

Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole
This recipe is easily affordable and adaptable and tasted great. I used shredded pork and mexican cheese blend (what I had on hand). The leftovers were a great filling for wraps too. Thanks!
