Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Absolutely the BEST tilapia I have ever made. My husband said that a restaurant could serve this and people would pay good money for it. It was quick and easy to put together with most of the ingredients already in my cupboard. There was some confusion over whether the parmesan was the powdered stuff or real grated. I had both so I used both. Great recipe!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Awesome! I added bacon and green onions and they were sooo good! I followed a previous reviewers advice and used a mini muffin tin to hold the mushrooms. That was such a help! I also used the smaller "one-bite" mushrooms. The extra filling I used on crackers. It's good any way you eat it.

Baked Stuffed Shrimp
I also used real garlic and green onion to add some extra flavor. I took a hint from another shrimp recipe I have and slighty pre-cooked some bacon and wrapped it around the stuffed shrimp before baking. It adds flavor and keeps the stuffing inside.
