Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Absolutely the BEST tilapia I have ever made. My husband said that a restaurant could serve this and people would pay good money for it. It was quick and easy to put together with most of the ingredients already in my cupboard. There was some confusion over whether the parmesan was the powdered stuff or real grated. I had both so I used both. Great recipe!
