Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
I tried this recipe and was blown away at how easy it was and how good they turned out. I used regular bread crumbs and added italian seasoning and garlic salt and I dipped each piece of mozzarella in the egg and bread crumbs twice! Everyone loved them...thank you!

Sugar Coated Pecans
What a wonderful and easy recipe! I took another reviewers advice and used splenda instead of sugar for a delicious low-carb snack...fantastic!
