Italian White Bean Chicken
This was so good! I used 1 can diced tomatoes instead of fresh, as someone else suggested. I also used up the leftover veggies from my kabobs the night before.

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad
Thsi was so good. I used red onion as someone else suggested. 2 of my 3 kids loved it.

Hazel's Meatballs
Way too much ketchup. I tasted it before I poured it over the meatballs. I added extra brown sugar, then worchestershire and sweet pickle juice to cut the ketchup taste. I also browned them first to cut down on the grease.
