Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole
I had to cook it longer to keep it from being doughy, and then the top was really hard. I like the adding butter to the top idea. We use chili instead of baked beans, and add a bit of cheese to the top, too.

Old Fashioned Crumb Cake
Added a chopped apple! Mmm-mmm delish! The kids loved it and called it a mix between apple cobbler and cinnamon rolls.

Pork Green Chile
Yummy! Didn't have jalapenos so added a few dashes of hot sauce. Could use a bit more meat, possibly smaller chunks? Even the kids loved it!
