Don't make the same mistake I did and taste the lemon mixture before you put it over the potatoes. This is by far the most delicious potato salad I have ever tasted! Wow!! Better than my mom's? Didn't seem possible but it is de-lish!! Yummy, yummy & yummy!

This was fabulous! I woud have given it five stars but I had to add a few things to spice it up. Boiled the chicken with 5 bouillon cubes...also added celery and carrots, as others suggested. Also I used biscuit dough... It was delicious!! Thanks for the great recipe!

There is not one thing we didn't like about this recipe!! I made it with a tenderloin and the flavors were perfect for each other. I made sure that I followed the advice of the other reviewers by slicing the sweet potatoes thin and they were super tender. It got rave reviews from all around! We definitely have found a new family favorite.
