About this Cook
I'm a mother and wife. I have 5 children plus we are raising our niece. I try to make as much homemade dishes as possible. I have had people tell me I should open a resturant. But I do it because I love it and love doing it for my family and friends.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook is breads, rolls....Almost anything that has to do with yeast doughs. I'm not sure why...But I love it... Cinnamon rolls, Honey butter rolls, pizza crust, sandwich breads etc..... Love it and always looking for other yeast dough recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every sunday is family day. We grill steaks(marinated) on the grill with potatoes(with butter seasonings and onions) a veggie(with seasonings) (all of which is on the grill) and then our favorite dinner rolls with honey butter. The whole family looks forward to sunday.
My cooking triumphs
Finding the best dinner rolls ever.!.!
My cooking tragedies
When I get a new recipe I have to tinker with it to be able to make it my own. Of course when doing this you make a whole mess of mistakes. However when your finally done making it your own, the mistakes were worth it!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
Wow! The flavor is fantastic. I change up the extracts though. I've used cherry and vanilla. Cherry & lemon. My favorite so far is lemon and coconut. I do not roll them out the recipe is too moist. I really don't want to add more flour becuse the flavor is perfect. It taste like a cheesecake cookie. My husbands favorite cookies now. The kids loved them just as much. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

A Number One Egg Bread
I made this bread yesterday just to give it a try. I was so pleasntly surprised. One of the members said it was bigger than expected. WOW was it. I think it tripled in size. Beautiful bread. Very pretty. So light and fluffy. I made French toast this morning for the family. Heavenly!! I will be making this recipe again. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
