So easy and delicious! I didn't have whipping cream so I used skim milk and I cut back on the butter by half. I also made it smooth by using a stick blender. Came out smooth and creamy. Will deifinitley make this again!

Banana Meatloaf

I tried this recipe because I was intrigued by the combination of ingredients. Needless to say, no one in my house could finish it. It had the oddest taste to it and the banana was strangely overpowering.
