I have been making this recipe for years, the only difference in the recipe I use is, it doesn't call for honey. This recipe is soooo easy, delicious and inexpensive to make. I make it for Charity bake sales and double to recipe to make several 8x8 pans that are ALWAYS the first to go at the sales. A true "go to" recipe anytime you have a gathering or function.

This recipe is great!! Very easy to put together, made it the night before Thanksgiving. I think next time I will add some walnuts or pecans. I used black cherry jell-o because it's what I had on hand and it turned into a pretty pink fluff that everyone liked, including my husband who is not a cottage cheese fan.

I made this for Thanksgiving and followed the recipe exactly; it was quite disappointing. The "pudding" had a watery texture and it was very bland tasting. I could have just served buttered corn and it would have tasted better. I am sorry to say I won't be using this recipe again.

I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with a strange pie. There were 2 seperate layers one sort of custardy and the other more like a lemon curd texture. Not what I expected at all. My husband loves lemon pies but he did not care for this. Sorry, but I will not be making this one again.

Being a Texan myself, I am very picky about my BBQ, especially brisket. In fact, although I am a caterer and consider myself a very good cook; I was always fearful to attempt brisket. I have to say I took a risk and tried this recipe for my first attempt and it was AMAZING. My husband (a BBQ lover) raved and told me to laminate this recipe!! This brisket was so tender,easy and delicious. I even made it again in the same week for my extended family who now requests it at most family funtions. I am taking the idea of offering this to my catering customers into deep consideration as well. Thanks for the great recipe....it is definately a winner!!

THIS WAS GREAT!!! My husband wanted to have a "Fajita BBQ" so we invited the whole family (both sides) over and tried this recipe with 7 lbs. of fajita meat!!! I have to say I HATE trying new recipes when we have parties but I bit the bullet on this one and it turned out WONDERFUL! We got so many rave reviews and my husband has been begging me every weekend to make more fajitas. The only addition I made in the recipe is I added 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro cause I love the flavor of it and marinated overnight. They turned out awesome!! I thought for sure I would be left with a ton of leftover meat, considering I always over estimate, but we had a small handful left, which my husband nibbled on after the guests all left. I will definately be using this recipe again, my husband wants to laminate the recipe!!! KUDOS ROBBIE!!
