Garlic Pasta with Prawns
Had this for dinner tonight, and it was very good. I added fresh mushrooms, red bell peppers and green bell peppers to the shrimp. I think it would have been boring without these additions. I also substituted angel hair pasta (my favorite) for the suggested pasta.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Followed recipe exactly, and was disappointed. After all the "rave" reviews, I expected it to be better than it was. I agree that it is too rich. Probably won't make again.

Hot Pizza Dip
I made this recipe to take to work today. It was GONE in less than 30 minutes, and got rave reviews. The recipe was very quick, easy and could be prepared the night before, but I was a little disappointed in the flavor. Guess I just expected more.
