Easy Turkey Tetrazzini
I made this because it sounded easy and like a great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving! I followed some of the suggestions such as sauteing onions with the mushrooms and adding white wine during the saute process. This turned out quite tasty and was very well-received by the family. Would most assuredly make this one again.
