Buttery Soft Pretzels
I made these this past weekend for an Oktoberfest party and they were pretty good and not too hard to make. They definately taste better warm out of the over (I made them the day before the party, but snitched one when they were fresh!). Also, if you're not planning to eat them right away, wait to put the salt on. I put it on right away and it had all absorbed into the bread by the next day. I just put a little more butter on them and added more salt and stuck them in the over for about 4 minutes. Turned out great!
