I was surprised how good this chili was. I'm not really a chili fan. I also used the Chili Seasoning Mix II found on this website. However next time I will leave out the salt because it was way too much.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

I love this recipe. However I'm not a fan of the egg so I leave it out. It's definitely better than plain old chicken soup.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Italian Sausage Soup

I made this for the first time and it turned out great. Followed others advise and used 2 hot and 3 sweet sausages. No salt needed, it's salty enough.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

This recipe was great! My husband HATES raw broccoli and made faces the entire time I made this. However he tried it and loved it. I even caught him eating it for breakfast this morning.
