I've made this recipe as is, and have also used it adding fresh fennel and using left over roast pork in place of the pork chops. I have to disagree with the person that said fennel and pork don't go together.I have had nothing but positive comments from anyone I've served this delicious dish to. Thanks for a great recipe.

Lemon Pepper Dill Fish

I made this as directed, except I made it on a George Foreman grill, and instead of using butter, I used butter flavored cooking spray. Delicious! and very heart healthy!!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

I wish I could give this ten stars!! This is the best pancake recipe ever! I made the whole recipe, and froze the left overs, putting a square of waxed paper between each pancake. Then, just put them on a plate, zap in the microwave for 1 minute (for two pancakes), and you have a hot breakfast in no time! I'll never use a box mix again! Thank you!

Peanut Butter Frosting

This is an excellent recipe as it is, but I found that by adding a tsp. of vanilla, it gave it a more pronounced peanut butter flavor.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This is a fabulous recipe. cool and refreshing, and a little different from the norm. I did add a little extra butter to the crust to help it to stay together a little better, but all in all, it is an excellent recipe. Bea

Pepperoni Dip II

I made this for a party at work, so I doubled the cream cheese and pepperoni, and added a can of cream of chicken soup along with the mushroom, and served it with fresh bagel wedges. It was a tremendous hit. I was asked for the recipe many times. Bea
