Fennel Pork Chops

I've made this recipe as is, and have also used it adding fresh fennel and using left over roast pork in place of the pork chops. I have to disagree with the person that said fennel and pork don't go together.I have had nothing but positive comments from anyone I've served this delicious dish to. Thanks for a great recipe.

Seared Sea Scallops

This is a wonderful recipe! Even though my husband is not a scallop lover, We both really enjoyed this recipe. Will make this again and again.

Lemon Pepper Dill Fish

I made this as directed, except I made it on a George Foreman grill, and instead of using butter, I used butter flavored cooking spray. Delicious! and very heart healthy!!
