Poppy Seed Dressing III
Great dressing and easy, too! My favorite quick and easy use: A pre-bagged coleslaw (or broccoli slaw) with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds mixed in. Yum!

PHILLY Spicy Thai Soup
This is one of those recipes I stumbled upon and almost didn't use because of the unusual ingredients. But I'm glad I did, it has become a staple. So good!

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies
A nice option for a breakfast on the go! And yummy, too! I did make 2 small tweaks. We aren't fans of walnuts, so I subbed almonds. And I didn't have dried cherries, so I subbed dried cranberries. I did bake them for only 8 minutes, to make sure they stayed soft. Thanks for the recipe!
