Raspberry Almond Coffeecake
This one is a keeper. It's easy and delicious. I used almond extract instead of vanilla in the glaze and it went very nicely with the raspberry flavor.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pistachios
Guests asked for seconds and for the recipe - even those who previously thought they didn't like brussels sprouts. This recipe is a keeper!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
Very tasty and it's so handy to be able to make them up ahead of time instead of right before serving the meal when there are other things to do - like visit with your guests. I will make this recipe again.
