This recipe is great. I use it every time I make this good old comfort food. My husband loves it too. The hint of nutmeg is amazing! Don't leave it out!

Ten Minute Chipotle Spiced Beef and Bean Chili

This recipe is wonderful to start with and shake it up a bit according to your mood. I like to add grated zucchini or spinach to add some veggie goodness!
