Salmon Pie I

I thought this pie was excellent! I didn't use the top crust. Will definately make again. It was even great the next day for breakfast.

Great comfort food. I added carrots and celery. Used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of heavy cream. Great for leftover chicken. Would be super in a bread bowl for company.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Made these tasty treats for a Thanksgiving appetizer. Everyone loved them. They must be turned over half way thru to be evenly crispy. The dip is a wonderful addition. I'll be making these again. A bit time consuming but well worth the effort. Thanks for sharing.

Hamburger Hash

My family enjoyed this dinner. It's great when there's nothing left in the pantry. I added corn & mushrooms and used brown gravy mix, 1 buillon cube and some Montreal seasoning. Will make again but not until I'm out of options.

Best Bean Chili

I like my chili a little thicker w/ more tomato. However, this recipe was tasty and my guests loved it. Don't know why it called for the cocoa and sugar as you really couldn't taste it.

Great use of leftover turkey. Kids & husband all loved it. Not the most flavorful or exciting recipe but it did the trick. Used half cheddar and half parm cheese - that's what I had on hand. Will make again. Thanks for sharing!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Awesome! I used 1 pkg of regular pudding and 1 pkg of sugar-free pudding. Also used Crisco butter flavored instead of the butter. These will be my standard cookies from now on!

This recipe was simple to make and turned out great. A little thick so I added more stock. Leftovers were great. My son said "Mom, how can something that looks this gross, taste soooo good!" What do you expect...he's 7!

Easy Apple Crisp

This recipe was very good although all I had was a Betty Crocker cinnamon swirl cake mix. I used 1/2 cup water, the cake mix w/ brown sugar and cinnamon packet that was included w/ the mix and 1 stick butter. Came out excellent.
