Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins
These were grease bombs. I halved the measurements on the topping and they still left about a tablespoon of butter in each cup after removing the muffin. The muffin papers were soaked! Also, they didn't come out of their papers very easliy. Probably because all the butter cooked out of them. Not worth the 600 calories, sorry.

Almond Cookies I
WOW! These cookies lasted 30 minutes in my house. They are delicious! I had to use hazelnut liquer (didn't have amaretto) and I also put a couple sliced almonds on top of the cookies before they baked. Great, EASY recipe! Thank you!!

Lemon Scones
These were great! I want to make them again, soon. I brushed melted butter on top of the scones before I sprinkled demerera sugar on top. YUM!
