Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

awesome potatoes. I substituted a package of onion soup mix for the onions. It turned out with crunchy bits of onions. Even my daughter who does not like onions loved it.

5 plus stars!! I skipped the double boiler and just heated in sauce pan instead. It was sooo creamy and delicate along with hard sugary crust. EVERYONE loved it!!

Cabbage Rolls II

5 stars for sure! I made this for my daughters 19th birthday. It was loved by all. As suggested I doubled the sauce which was perfect. I placed in 350 deg oven x 1 hour then took lid off 300 deg x 30 mins. We did not find the pepper was "too spicy".Served with parmesan cheese on the side. It was a hit.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
I made this dish last week for my family and have been asked to make it again EVERDAY. It is sooo easy but is impressive enough for company. I took a previous persons' suggestion and marinated with Zesty Italian Dressing a couple hours before hand. I found you can omit the butter as the crumbs (I used croutons crushed) covered the chicken easily with the marinade. Just make sure you don't over cook the chicken 25-30 mins was ample. A keeper!

Southwestern Caesar Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
My family had this as a quick "lupper" yesterday. It was fast and easy and VERY tastey. Even my son who doesn't much like salads loved it. I used jalapenos for the hot pepper and held the anchovies. I added tinned corn and sliced black olives. It was sweet, salty and spicy. Would be awesome served in a tortilla bowl. mmmmmm next time!

Almond Bear Claws

Loved this recipe. I used frozen puff pastry(where you find the frozen pie pastry) It comes in sheets already rolled out, which makes it fast and easy. After baking, I brushed a glaze made with icing sugar/milk and almond flavoring right over the sliced almonds. It was just what they needed for sweetness. My coworkers were calling me at home for the recipe weeks after! An impressive EASY treat. 5+++ stars.
