Homemade Bagels

We have been living overseas for almost two years. I cannot buy bagels here in Kenya and have missed them. This recipe was fun and easy. It makes me feel a bit closer to home! Thanks so much for posting this one. Can't wait to try some variations!

Freezer Cucumber Pickles

My mom has made this recipe for years. It is a family picnic favorite. She always added thinly sliced green peppers and a tablespoon of celery seed. Great make ahead side dish.
