Best Brownies
Very good brownies. Come out perfect every time even if I'm running short on a few of the ingredient amounts. Once I didn't have quite enough butter, still perfect. Twice I only used one egg. Still perfect. Love this recipe.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This is the best potato soup I've ever had. I put a slice of processed swiss cheese (creamier than the hard kind) in the bottom of the bowl, added hot soup and stirred a bit to blend in the cheese....wonderful!
