I've been married for 5 years and now a mom of an almost 3 year old and a 6 month baby. I started cooking right about the time I got married which I find a lot more fun than cleaning!!

I love baking and enjoy roasting meats.
My cooking triumphs
I'm Middle Eastern and my cooking triumph was stuffed grape leaves. It actually turned out very good the first time (4 hours later) and tasted close enough to my moms!!
My cooking tragedies
I've burnt corn boiling it... I just forgot it was on the stove... yikes...

Tuna Pasta Salad with Dill
What a great salad!! I didn't have pickle juice so I used apple cider vinegar instead. Also, I vary the veggies I use in this recipe and our family favorites are celery, bell pepper and spring onion.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
This is an awesome weeknight dinner. It sure was a hit with my husband and my 2 young daughters.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Really easy recipe but I had to liquify it with a couple of tablespoons of milk. I made it for my daughters 1st birthday & it was a hit!
