Berry Applesauce Gelatin
This is sweet, but what do you expect? No one complains that chocolate is sweet. :-) Very refreshing and was a hit at Thanksgivingn dinner. It's a keeper for me.

Tangy Cucumber Salad
I didn't have all the ingredients, but most. It is a pleasant change from all the mayo-based cucumber salads.
