Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Even finicky husband like this. Usually doesn't like to stray away from the typical pumpkin pie, but enjoyed this so much he had seconds. Was very good. Set well. There was more than enough to fill the 9-inch pie pan so made a small one on the side but other than that..great.

OHH! Perfect perfect perfect! Just what I was looking for in a rice recipe. I don't like box mixes and I didn't have time on a Sunday to cook my usual all day way, so this was a lifesaver! And, it tasted great!! I will use this again and again.

Hearty Meatball Soup II

This was really good soup. I was in a hurry after working all day and then going to the grocery store. I wanted a meatball soup and found this recipe. I had frozen, premade meatballs. Only needed 1/2 the broth and left out the green beans. I added mixed vegetables with lots of carrots. Used a bowtie pasta that appealed to my toddler. It came out so good my husband and my toddler daughter loved it! I will do this again. Maybe next time I will do the meatballs myself. But, I got to say with the frozen meatballs, start to finish a half hour! Wonderful.

Chicken and Potato Soup

Oh this was a great recipe!! My son picked it out and what a hit! We added more vegetables and used chicken broth instead of water and it was yummy! Will do this again. Sending it to my other son away at college. Easy enough and inexpensive enough to make on his budget.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

This is a great recipe. A traditional cookie I love every Christmas. I modified it slightly and came out with a yummy cookie. I add 3/4 cup peanut butter instead of just 1/2 cup. Tastes great.

Banana Banana Bread

Moist and yummy good. I made these into muffins instead of a bread. Wonderful. Easy to grab and take with as a quick snack. I will use this recipe again. Only change I made was to add more bananas.
