I am a mom to twin 18 year old men one in college, the other is a Marine. My beautiful 20 year old daughteris in college but also just joined the Navy reserves. They along with their stepdad love my cooking. They inspire me to try new and different recipes. My newest addition is a beautiful baby girl who is 1 year old. She is an angel and a blessing baby who keeps me busy while I try to get my real estate career off the ground. Everyday is a joy with her. I take her running with me and try to teach her how to cook. She enjoys watching me from her spot on the floor with her tupperware bowls and wooden spoon. Just like my other children, one day she will cook with me. Oh, I love pasta dishes! I enjoy holiday baking. If it were not for running I would be as big as a house! I love chicken dishes of all kinds and try finding new and interesting ways to cook it. I love having people over to cook it for. Sunday dinners with my children. Baking cookies with my daughter Tamales with my family Thanksgiving, and making my famous sweet potatoes for my nephew. It is wonderful when they all come to my house to eat! Ooh, when I gave a dinner party and had a wonderful roast and potatoes, warm spinach salad! The first time I did the Thanksgiving turkey and listened to the sister who doesn't cook, and left it in too long. Oh, it was awful and dry!
