Easiest Eggplant
Added garlic powder & parm cheese to crumbs. Mixed plain crumbs and panko. It was really good. I don't think I baked for as long, but did raise the temp to 400 near the end.

Easy Sausage Strata
Great recipe, simple, basic. I cut it down by 1/3. The quality of the ingredients can make all the difference though. We had excellent breakfast sausage and that's what really made it.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I made this with haddock and used Old Bay. It was great. We all loved it and I can see making this very often.
