Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes
I made this to go with olive & feta meatballs, and my housemates couldn't get enough of it! Just delicious!

Feta and Olive Meatballs
I'm a poor college student, so I ended up using ground beef instead of lamb. I paired it with romemary red potatoes and green beans sauteed with garlic and onion. Yum!

Quick Spinach-Ricotta Calzones
My boyfriend & I made this recipe a week or so ago, and it was great. The dinner rolls work great as a casing! I made it again yesterday, only I used broccoli (chopped up & sauteed with the onions) and pepperoni, and I added more salt & pepper and put in a little rosemary as well. It was delicious!
