Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
The only thing that made this time consuming was the slow cooking the meat the day before! That's SO easy, but takes some planning. I added two more carrot sticks and another 1/2 c barley. I also used beef broth instead of the water/boullon cubes which worked out GREAT! It's easy and takes VERY HOMEADE! My family LOVED IT! No need to add salt/pepper at the end.
