I made this recipe due to how easy it was plus it sounded really good. I was able to get through the first few bites but after that, I couldn't eat anymore. I felt like all I was eating was melted cream cheese. The taste was way too overpowering. I couldn't even taste the cheese in the tortellinis. Sorry I couldn't give a better review.

Although I have not made this recipe by this particular person, I am giving it 5 stars because I made pepper steak just this past weekend using the exact same ingredients only I used a slow cooker instead of a wok. It was awesome! So definitely give this one a try. You will love it! I put the pepper steak over rice.

I have never eaten Jewish Apple Cake let alone make one. My husband was craving it. I found this recipe and decided to give it a try. A-W-E-S-O-M-E! I did take the advice of other viewers and used apple sauce instead of oil. I also used more apples but only because we love apples not because it was suggested. But I left everything else exactly the same. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing, Shirleyo!
