Apple Dumpling Cake

Sage Pork Chops
this is a keeper. but waaay too salty. i reduce the salt by half and still its too much for me. next time try 1/4 tsp of salt. but overall, great taste.

Mushroom Gizzards
i love this. doesnt look pretty but hey it taste darn good! kick up a notch by adding chili powder
