PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. I've made it three times now. After years of spending $5 on a bag at the farmers market or fair, I can make a nearly identical recipe at home. This is both a blessing and a curse- blessing because I'll be saving $ and having fun making my own kettle corn, but a curse because now I have WAY too easy access to addictive kettle corn ;). I actually just attempted to make a single serving (using the allrecipes serving calculator)... I can happily report success :)! Just use a smaller pot/lid. Now when I have the craving by myself, I won't have to compulsive gorge a massive bowl! Also, don't forget to sprinkle salt on at the end!

I am super impressed with these muffins! I made them one night simply because I had two large overly ripe bananas, and most recipes seem to call for three bananas. I just wanted to get rid of my mushy produce, and expected some adequate muffins... But now I have to say, I think this is my FAVORITE banana muffin recipe on Allrecipes (and I've tried a few!). I just love that it's not obscenely sweet, and I think the sour cream makes them taste extremely moist (I used light sour cream)... no oil or butter needed! For my second batch, I threw in a handful of Ghiradelli semisweet chips... DECADENT!
