BBQ Miso Chicken

I live in Japan and was elated to find a recipe I could easily find the ingrediants for here. This is delicious! I made it for company and we were enjoying it so much we barely spoke to each other!

I was pretty upset because the centre was still liquid, even after I let it set for 15 minutes. So, I had to put it back in the oven. I also used a frozen pie crust. I couldn't use all of the filling though, even though it was deep dish.

Chicken Milano

This was not creamy at all, especially when re-heated. Maybe the cream I used was not "heavy" enough. My husband and I also found that it had very little flavour. I think it would be much better with some green onion and maybe some red pepper flakes.

Best Brownies

I was slightly short on flour so these came out a little spongy in texture, to no fault of the recipe but the frosting truly saved the day! It was incredible. I live in Canada where we typically don't frost our brownies but this frosting recipe has converted me!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

This was pretty expensive to make since I didn't have alot of the ingredients at hand but overall it was very good. The leftovers were a touch dry though.

Low Fat Apple Bran Muffins

I don't know what I did wrong but these didn't rise at all for me. I also found them a little bland even though I added cinnamon and nutmeg. Next time, I would definately add raisins too.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I topped mine with grilled chicken, white onion, cheddar and mozzarella and it was delicious! I reheated it the next day and it was still great. The crust was a touch undercooked in the centre but overall it was still great.

Couscous and Cucumber Salad

I found this recipe on allrecipes a couple of years ago and it's been in heavy rotation in my kitchen ever since. It's a nice summer salad and great for potlucks.
