Followed the directions exactly (minus little less rosemary). They were fantastic!! Moist, tender, and very flavorful. Will make them again in a heartbeat!!

Basil Burgers

I doubled this recipe, make sure your people like basil. My people do! We went with the suggested mozzarella and tomato slice and most liked it. I thought they were a little dry but not horrible dry. Next time I will try with mozzarella and a italian sauce or paste as a topper (not a fan of tomatos). Good burger, tasty change.

Yankee Salad

This recipe makes A LOT of salad, I would cut in half until you know your group likes it. It was very tasty, I wasnt able to chill over night but otherwise followed the recipe. Tt was very light and tasty, sweet but not too sweet. Good summer salad!

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

Wow these were super easy and really yummy! I made it according to recipe and thought they were really good, however I think I will add more cinnamon next time, and I might try the vanilla instead of the water as noted in other reviews. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2004
These are FANTASTIC! They have become a staple for me to bring to parties, BBQ's and family get togethers. They are light and very tasty. Make the spread the night before and let the flavors blend. It makes a lot so grab a extra loaf and few extra cucumbers. I suugest using english cucumbers, less seeds and usually tastes good, not bitter like regular cucumbers occassionaly do.
