Green Grape Salad
I don't get it!? Maybe I did something wrong. I thought this salad was terrible and looked awful. I keep thinking I must have made some terrible error because it was rated so high.

Banana Nut and Ginger Bread
Loved it! Has a nice little spice bite. I'll probably make it to give away for Christmas gifts. I used 4 bananas (because I had them.) The bread is nice and moist and dense. Its great plain, w/cream cheese or butter.
