About this Cook
I've been married for 10 years, and am a stay-in-the-car mom of 4 beautiful daughters w/ a son on the way! I stay busy by volunteering at school and church, and by helping my husband run his home remodeling business.
My favorite things to cook
I'm not a fan of Indian food--I don't like the flavor of curry, but other than that, I think I have a pretty diverse palate. I love to cook fish, and pasta, and am always searching for new ways to make veggies delicious & healthy. I also like to bake muffiins, though my husband is the real baker in the family, so I usually leave that up to him!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We always have shrimp on Christmas Eve, and Prime Rib on Christmas Day. Still looking for the perfect Prime Rib method, but we have the shrimp down!!!
My cooking triumphs
I knew I was a pretty good cook when I finally realized I could cook something w/o following a recipe and have it still taste great!
