Fettuccini Carbonara

It was o.k., I don't know about just mixing the sauce and throwing it on the noodles b/c then it tastes all grainy from the Parmesan. I think next time I'll try to slowly heat the sauce just enough to melt the cheese before pouring it on top.

Freakin goooood! I used those grand biscuits and they came out so fluffy and delicious. I can see that using this recipe as a basis for others would work well too. I can't wait to try cordon bleu or something using the same idea.

Absolutely awesome. I used real tomatoes like the recipe said, only way to go imo. Delicious!

Overall pretty good, it just seemed to miss something, some kind of spice or maybe a marinade on the fish like someone suggested. Can't put my finger on it.

Company Chicken Pasta Salad with Grapes

Absolutely amazing!! Definitly let it sit in the fridge for a while as someone else suggested to let the flavors blend together. I also used a little bit more of the spices than was reccommended. I couldn't stop eating it.

Authentic Paella Valenciana

This is my recipe and I just wanted to add a couple things. 1. You don't really eat the whole head of garlic you just let it infuse its flavor into the broth, I don't even peel it. 2. Continally test the broth until it's perfect before adding the rice, as a trick; once it's perfect you can take a little out then add water and salt in the pan and cook till it's perfect again so you'll have perfect broth set aside to add to perfect broth in case you need a little more for the rice w/o having to water it down. 3. You can add some roasted red pepper slices on top for a nice presentation. 4. I forgot to mention the most important part, squeeze lemon juice on it before you eat it!
