Great Burgers! Everyone loved them! We added some sliced cheddar cheese to the top and they were delicous. Some were scared to try it in their burgers so they spread it on the buns. It was good that way too.

This recipe is the best. I go heavy on the bacon and cheese. Other then that I follow it exactly. I did mess up one time (when my future in-laws were coming for dinner ~ yikes!) and had the potato skins fall apart on me. I just threw it all in a casserole dish and finished at the same lengths of time on the recipe. It was still a hit, even though the presentation wasn't as pretty.

Simply put, excellent. Made exactly as is and served with the southwest-style egg rolls. Great dinner. Thanks for sharing!
