Apple Bundt Cake

Phenomenal recipe. Am so addicted to this cake. I have used variations like mixed chopped nuts, and raisins and pecans and its always YUMMY!

Green and Red Tomato and Corn Soup

Need I say YUMMY! it was excellent. I didn't put as much broth (4-5 cups) but still it turned out great and was the easiest thing to make.

Mango Papaya Salsa

I didn't have papay so my salsa turned a bit too salty. Had to wash it to get rid of the extra vinegar taste. Can use 1 tbsp vinegar. Otherwise it was a party HIT!
