Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was such a great dinner! I have to admit that I made changes simply for the sake of time and ease. I used rotisserie chicken, a mixture of frozen vegies, and cream of jalapeno soup with chicken broth for the liquid. I seasoned with some poultry seasoning and garlic powder. I made into small portions versus a large pot pie. OMG. These things were amazing...and it was my first attempt at a pot pie. I believe you can tweek this recipe to suit whatever your taste. DELISH!
