Sugar Snaps
I made these with Splenda instead of sugar...FABULOUS! They were a little more cakey than ginger snaps this way, but a big hit nonetheless.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I used Splenda instead of sugar to cut down on calories, makes for an interesting flavor. My boyfriend loved them, but he eats peanut butter right from the jar. =0)
