Beef and Parmesan Pasta
Even my picky eater loved this one! I did read the reviews posted by others and here is what I did to solve the driness problem. I used my large electric skillet, increased the beef broth to 3 cups of water with 3 beef bullion cubes(or 3 cans of broth). Instead of Italian style diced tomatoes, I had Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies in them. It added a nice kick - but not too spicey. I also used a can of whole kernal corn - drained. I added 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, minced garlic, minced onions and mushrooms. Cook uncovered in skillet for 8 minutes, then cover and cook for 7 minutes.
