Easy BBQ Flank Steak with Chipotle Mayo

We LOVE this recipe and I will be making this for years to come! We have made it 3 times, and each time we follow the directions exactly. While the steak is grilling I like to caramelize some onions, then we make steak sandwiches with smoked provolone, caramelized onions & chipotle mayo. Put them under the broiler to melt the cheese and dig in! Thanks for this recipe!

Chess Pie III

I'm SHOCKED at the amount of people who say this was done in 35 minutes! Next time I'm definitely going to bake it an hour. Ours was like pudding with a hard top. Even after being refrigerated all nite the consistency was straight pudding. Bummer because the flavor was good. I would seriously recommend baking for ONE HOUR.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

This was good and easy, I give it 4 stars. We used "Grandma's Buttermilk Cornbread" recipe instead of Jiffy mix and I know this made it a LOT better. Don't be afraid to really put a lot of hotdogs in it because once it's done you'll want it kinda meaty. We also put a decent layer of shredded cheddar on top of the hotdogs which helped protect the cornbread mix from getting bean juice on it. Thanks for the recipe!

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

I would have given this 2 stars but wifey said to give it 3. I normally love kielbasa & sauerkraut, and I love pasta, but the combo just didn't work for me. The pasta seemed redundant. We had to try it because of the strange mix of reviews. Seems to be a "love it or hate it" kinda dish. Won't be making this again, but glad we tried it. Thanks!!

Baked Ziti IV

This was really really good! It makes a lot of product so we used a huge aluminum lasagna pan, worked perfectly. We used 6 or 8 provolone slices total. Make sure you cover with foil while baking this! Next time I'll use ground Italian sausage instead of ground beef. Thanks for this!
