I love being a mom and love surprising my family with something new for supper. Even better if I managed to pull it off and they love it! I am a baker really. I love baking delicious treats, and it's even better if people really love it. My mom calls it Minced Meat and Mashed Potatoes but it's really not. More like a ground beef with carrots in onion gravy on mashed potatoes. I learned the hard way that the microwave popcorn still needs to be watched even if there is a button on the microwave that says 'Popcorn'... it actually caught on fire!!
