Chicken Enchiladas II

It's too creamy for my taste. It tastes good though and super easy. But it inspires me to make another one without using the can soup. I will make the cream soup from scratch for more fresh flavor.

Grilled Salmon I

The best recipe for salmon! I grilled it over charcoal and it turned out super even though I only marinated it for 1/2 hour and use regular black pepper.

I added 1 cup butterscotch chips. Delish! I was so affraid to overbake it, maybe it's why my brownie was too wet. But still yummy & chocolaty!! Highly recomended, especially because it was soooo eaassyyy.. to make!

The Best Doggy Biscuits!

My 4 m/o male chihuahua, Aiden, loved it. I shared it with my neighbour too coz it made into alot of cookies. I made it very small (1/4" size). I added crumbled bacon and replaced the oil with bacon fat. Replaced the water with 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 apple juice. I baked it in 350 oven for 40 minutes since in 20 minutes they were still raw inside. Overall, good basic recipe. Will make it again.

Jenny's Black Forest Cake

Love this recipe. I made it for my husband birthday at church. It was so moist and everyone loved it. I used buttercream for filling and icing and chocolate chips for decoration. I didn't use cherry liquor but used rhum instead by brushing it on the cake before I put on the filling.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you need a change from regular chocolate chips cookie, this recipe is the one that you should try. It taste good with a little bit of crunch. My daughter loves it very much. It did not spread, so make sure you flattened it a little bit before you bake it.

Nannie's Hot Milk Sponge Cake

I took others advised by using only 1 cup of sugar, adding 1/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of margarine (instead of butter) to the milk. I made 2 batch, 1 with white milk and the other one with cocholate milk. Both turned out wonderfully moist and very flavorful. Very easy for such a great cake.

Easy Decadent Truffles

I followed the instruction to devide the batter into 3 and add 1 Tbsp flavoring. I added rhum and tequila, but the taste didn't show up at all. Overall it tastes good but not over the top good. just okay good.
