Pork Scaloppini with Mustard Creme

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
I actually baked the pork chops first in the oven with shake and bake. Then made the sauce as calls for in the recipe and just drizzled over the top when done. It was awesome, and a really quick dinner option!!!!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
Great Easy recipe! I did put about 1/2 cup of salsa over the top of the loaf for extra flavor (we like sauce with our meatloaf!) Its great because really you don't need to measure its kind of an "eyeball it" kind of recipe Thanks!!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
This was really good!! I stuck the chicken breasts in the crock pot with 1 cup water and boullion cubes and let cook on high for about 4 hours, then I just shredded the chicken and proceeded with the recipe, my only suggestion would be to watch the size of your chicken breasts I thought 6 were too many and it over powered the dish a bit, however I am sure it depends on size. Great flavor and I will for sure make again many times!!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
This was so easy and to my surprise tasted amazing!! The only thing I did different was add 1/2 cup parmesean to the mix and I used a mexican blend shredded cheese, since I had that on hand. Next time I will try adding mushroom and black olives to make it like a supreme but this is great just as is, will definately make again when crunched on time.

Sausage-Stuffed French Loaf

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
Loved it!!! I also left out the fennel, and also added chopped celery since I always have extra left over from other meals. I used extra mozarella cheese to line the french bread before putting it in the oven it turned out very cheesy and delicious. Definately serve with marinara but it is great without too!
