Working mother of 2 year old girl. Never time to cook!!! I'm setting new goals in my life one of which is adding healthy meals to our daily routine. This is where I start. Zucchini Crescent Pie. YUMMY!!! CHILI TO THE MAXX!!! (Has to have kidney beans) ummm.....nothing really notable except the above. But I think I've perfected the family chili recipe....and can cook it even better than my mother, at least my husband says so, and I guess that's all that really matters! hmmm...I think that was when I tried to make a banana/strawberry/whipped cream cake...i used vanilla pudding and whipped cream together with the fruit as the filler, umm, yea, they don't set too well and it ended up as a gooey mess. At least it tasted really good.
